Cannabis Sativa:
Cannabis Sativa has originated predominately in Asia, Africa and Americas. These plants are tall and leggy in stature. They have an expansive root system. Their leaves are long and narrow when grown indoors under lights and somewhat sparse in flowers. Sativa plants are a lighter green than indica plants. They grow quick and extend to heights above 8ft. Taste ranges from earthy to fruity. Sativa contains more TetraHydroCannibinol and less Cannabidiol. Sativa has a positive effect and is more stimulating to the brain. Cannabis Indica:
Cannabis indica originated in India and Pakistan. Indica is prized by growers who choose to do so indoors. They have a condensed root system, with thick stems and big leaves. The flowers are dense and heavy with THC. The foliage of the indica plant is dark green sometimes purplish to reddish. Flavors range from stinky skunk to sweet and fruity. Indica, Contains more Cannabidiol and less TetraHydroCannibinol. These varieties tend to have a relaxing effect that may cause sleepiness. It works well to relieve muscle spasms. It can also help insomnia/sleeplessness. Cannabis Afghanica- Cannabis Afghanica has very distinct large green to dark green leaves. The branches of this plant are very dense mostly with long leafed stems. The most common examples are different hash plants and Afghani strains. These plants are known for their high THC content. They may also be known as a hybrid.
